uidNumber
The numeric Unix user ID, the value the kernel actually checks for file ownership and permissions. The uid attribute is only the name; this is the number. Single-valued, and keeping it unique across the whole directory is work the directory will not do for you, so collisions are a recurring posix-in-LDAP headache.
