Response control on a bind whose password has expired. Netscape's precursor to the password policy response control (1.3.6.1.4.1.42.2.27.8.5.1); 389 DS still sends it so old clients get told. If grace logins are left the bind succeeds with this attached; when they run out you get invalid credentials instead.
