REPL_NSDS50_REPLICATION_ENTRY_REQUEST_OID

also known as Replication Entry Request (NSDS 5.0 total update)

How a total update (a re-initialization) pushes each entry. The supplier sends one of these per entry inside the replication session, and the consumer feeds them to its bulk import. The 5.0 version was strictly lock-step; the 7.1 version (2.16.840.1.113730.3.5.9) pipelines them. 389 DS registers it under the handler name Netscape Replication Total Update Entry.
