also known as Total Update Replication Protocol (NSDS 7.1)
The pipelined 7.1 total update protocol identifier. Directory Server 7.1 changed the wire behavior enough that the two versions cannot safely interoperate, so it got a fresh OID; a supplier falls back to the 5.0 protocol when the consumer does not advertise 7.1 support.
